Potable Water Sampling

Developed in conjunction with our UKAS accredited laboratory partner, our sampling methodology covers all aspect of taking samples, including how, where and when to take a sample, the exact method and equipment to be used, a step-by-step guide to sampling and clear instructions on safe, secure transportation of the sample to the laboratory for testing.

We offer microbiological and chemistry sampling of domestic water systems, carried out to BS 7592:2008 and BS 8554:2015, and in conjunction with HSE ACoP L8 and HSG274 Part 2.

Closed Water Systems

Whether part of a pre-commission clean to BSRIA BG 29/2012, existing system monitoring and maintenance regime, or a one-off health check., we can provide a service to suit all requirements.

BS 8552:2012 gives recommendations for the design of the sampling programme during each phase of the system lifecycle, including the location and suitability of sampling points, frequency of sampling and record keeping, to facilitate the control of closed system water quality throughout the life of the building.

Our dedicated experienced engineers can attend site, take samples from the appropriate identified points, and deliver to UKAS accredited and industry recognised laboratories for analysis.  Upon receipt of the results, we will interpret and present the results to you in a fully comprehensive report, with any recommendations to assist in maintaining and preserving the life of the system.
